Foldable rigid boxes

 We'll introduce an innovative rigid collapsible container ( Foldable rigid boxes or a set-up box that can fold) that can be flat packed for shipping, thereby cutting off shipping costs and warehouse expenses. Because of the spreading of Coronavirus, which has affected all over the world prices for shipping containers to the ocean is increasing exponentially every month. The cost of shipping containers that have 40g of LA port is at present seven or six times higher than what it cost just two years earlier. To reduce the expense of removing the shipping costs, we create various collapsible rigid containers (foldable boxes that can fold) to reduce the amount of shipping, and the cost of shipping per item is decreased.

This foldable setup box features two sets of foldable flaps on the sides. They can be folded in order to create the inside of the custom-designed paper box. We place the round magnets within the greyboard, and then these boards are put together. The lid of the paper box also has magnets to secure the paper box. The closure also has a ribbon pull that allows the user to easily open the box.

The cardboard box shown that you see shown above represents the flat form of the rigid box for setting up. The box can be folded into two halves in the middle. We only need the small carton box to store the box within.

This is a luxurious gift box that is constructed of a specific paperboard. The outside is textured or patterned paper that has a gold-colored effect. Inside the box, we've used metallic gold paper to give the gold shine effect. On the front panel, we also have the pink ribbon pull that allows for an easy opening of the box.
